First of all, the toy looks excellent. I unfortunately passed on it because it just isnt all that impressive in its packaging. But now, theres still a couple lingering on a local CVS shelf. 15 bucks. Is it worth it for that much, or should I hold out for a cheaper one?

Edit: I should add I own Nitro BB, and im not really a fan of any of the other DOTM bee's. Other than the EEVVILLL one.

It's a great figure out of the package, but it's pretty thin for BB. honestly, DOTM deluxe Bumblebee, while he needs paint, is more accurate in sculpt than BBBB. He has less gimmicks, but is a more contained figure.

I love Battle Blades Bee, it was my first movieverse Bee figure. I got him on a whim after not being interested in the character for ever, and the amazing mold really won me over. Get him if you can, it's solid.

However I recently got Cyberfire BB on sale and I really appreciate the DOTM mold now. I agree with you however, the main DOTM BB is just too paintless (and I really didn't need another yellow B-Bee)

I think he's the best deluxe movie BB released.... but $15 is still too much for it. I seen him at walmart during the holidays, might still have some in. Also, you could try checking Ross or TJ Maxx to see if they have any in stock, their prices are always cheaper.

For me,it's the best Deluxe Bumblebee that's been made so far. That being said,$15 still seems a little pricey.

For as nice a figure as BBBB is, $15 is to high. Keep an eye on the Junkion exchange you should be able to find one for less than $15 shipped.

Just the the DOTM DLX. What it lacks in some paint it makes up in size, specifically a smaller one.

The only thing BBBB is good for is donating his head to RotF Bee. I just don't like the spindly build or the huge shoulder hood. Tell me this isn't more movie accurate?

Does the OP already have the demon Bee, or does he just like it? In either case, he's already got Nitro Bee at least (even if he doesn't have the evil one), so maybe something that's a little different will hold its own better. The TF Prime Bee comes to mind, but eh. It'll just come down to what he wants to do, and what sort of price he can find it at.

$15 seems a little high, but its definetly a good figure. I thought I had just about every deluxe BB that the movies produced... Every one except Battle Blades. I bought one for my son and somehow forgot to get one of my own. I think it's my favorite of the bunch. I was lucky enough to find one at a Teusday Morning store for $8 just before Christmas. If you like Bee as a character, I say pick it up.

One of the very best molds of the character they've made. If you're even considering it, do it (unless you can find it cheaper online).

For me, he's hands down the best incarnation of Bee we've ever gotten.

Typical deluxe is 10-12. 15 is not a huge mark up and i have already paid that for a deluxe with TRU Animated Rodimus. BBBB is worth 15. Cant recommend paying more than that for him but 15 is well worth it.
