    My initial reaction is yuck!
But I'll give it a chance.

I've decided to hold my judgement until I see the first episode. But so far I haven't been disappointed with any of the current DC animated series. But from the looks of that picture I would have preferred the dead-but-recently saved Blue Beetle instead of the new guy.

it looks great, still i'd prefer the black costume, but, blue works just fine lol as long as he remains the batman, he should be. and not superfriends batman.

The description and pic makes it seem like they're trying to follow the footsteps of the adam west batman show, maybe. I dunno, that doesn't sound particularly bad to me. I fondly remember watching the old show as a kid, and the only problem with it now is how dated it is, not really how cheesy it is.

I'm still pissed that the Legion cartoon got cancelled, but if Jaime (Blue Beetle) is in this, I'll check it out. I love the new Blue Beetle.

Not sure how I feel about this one. A new cartoon is good, but not if it placates to younger kids, same as the old Batman and Robin cartoons did.

    I miss my Batman Animated.

Agreed with everything you just said. This show won instant points with me for using Jaime in the first promotional image and for already mentioning that Aquaman's involved. (But don't get me wrong -- I like Ted Kord, too.) Using the Golden Age Green Arrow costume is an interesting choice, too.

Not going to lie, never was a huge fan of the Silver Age costume.

It looks a bit "meh" to be honest. I'll still watch a couple of episodes and see what I think. The Batman didn't work for me either, though I do want to see some later ones. The Green Arrow episode on that was quite good.

...this reminds me of the episode on TNBA where the three kids are telling Batman stories and one of the is the Dick Sprang version

I'll give it a chance, but I hope there arent any "One Liners." I HATE that.

Just bring back Justice League, or even better a new BTAS, which should give closure to some villains, ending with the scene from Return of the Joker where the Joker dies. Hell, they could even tie it in with the Justice League, like having Batman calling in the Martian to help Harvey rid himself of Two Face.
