Who else is getting this today? I know I am. Already has some great reviews under its belt, and everything I've read about makes me want it more. Doesn't hurt that it looks gorgeous.

I would certainly like to buy it, but my console has the wrong manufacturer's label on it. :(

FUUUUUCCKKKK! I didn't know what this was so I looked it up. We're friends, Trenner, because I'll pick it up, but then I'm unfriending you for making me spend money.

edit: God I hate this hobby.

The Narrator is definitely a high point of the game. I wouldn't mind playing a game that talks about how awesome my in game actions are.

Fuck that, the game is $15, lol. It's cheaper to take the back door, lol

Game look brilliant. Can't wait to go home and try the demo.

That's okay. Even I wouldn't buy friendship from me, and I like me.

I was not aware of this game until just now. As soon as I get back from Tuscon, I am so purchasing Bastion.

    I'm buying it.
If you get all the Summer of Arcade games you get Crimson Alliance free.
They all look good -except Toy Soldiers.

Played the trail. Amazing, and hilarious. I'll wait until it's down like Torchlight though. Too much crap to play. But holy shit if it's not beautiful.

Played it quite a bit last night. Fucking narrator is awesome and never gets old. I want him narrating my life.

Some of the proving grounds are really tough. I'll have to wait to have more upgrades on certain weapons before I can get 1st place on some of them.

Also, Sidewayz lied and totally bought it yesterday, even before I did.

The Narrator is part of the awesomeness of it. I kept dying, lol. Does it have unlimited lives or something, because I kept coming back, Wizards and Warrior style.

The thought of you de-friending me was too much to bear. I couldn't live with myself.

When you're in the Bastion you can fall off the edge as much as you like. In the regular levels you will lose a bit of health every time.

I'll delude myself into believing that's true, ha!

I got quite far last night. I only have one more shard to get, so I can upgrade the shrine into the better version. Also: fuck the shrine.

Right now my favorite weapons are the Army Carbine, which I've upgraded to greatly increase mobility while aiming and the aiming speed, and the Pike. I really dig the mortar too, but it almost seems over-powered especially with the increased aiming speed and wider spread. Don't care for the Bellows much at all, but other than that I think I've liked every single weapon in the game. I love that they all feel completely different from each other, and that the individual upgrades drastically change up their feel even more.

Also, the one song in the game with the female vocals is mesmerizing. I could listen to its infinite loop for days, especially now that I have the gramophone. Might have to see if it's available on iTunes. I really love all the music in the game.
