    i asked the same thing, no one really knows in the comic version prime kills him after bonecrusher. But most people think he just ran off at some point

    It was left to the viewer to decide what happened to Barricade in the movie. Scorponok too, so let the speculations commense.

    No it wasn't. They cut a scene out at the end that showed that Frenzy and Barricade lived.

    Really? If that's true, it was stupid of them not to leave that scene in the film. Do you know what the scene showed exactly?

    Not exactly, but it might be on the DVD. Who knows?

    By my understanding of canon. If it's not on the screen, then it didn't happen. So Barricade might have lived to be in the sequel.

    It makes sense he lives to the sequel. Starscream will come back trying to take control with the loss of Megatron. Barricade can stay there to keep tabs on the Autobots and Sam for the sequel.

    I hear that one of his doors was on the ship to get tossed in the trench. Also, shouldn't this have a spoiler tag?
    I feel that he was more than an arch-enemy for BB, but like a brother. They both have the car front for chests, doors for "wings", and their names start with B

    i wouldn't mind seeing him and bumblebee REALLY duking it out in the sequel with a good lengthy car chase and then a one on one robot battle without cutting back and forth between a frenzy and sam fight
