ok so alot of people think the barricades hood just closes on the sides of his head but you can pull his head up and let the hood actually close beneath it giving him the sideways look head on top of the hood just flip his head up and pull it uphttp://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.cooksux.com/therabbithaul/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/interrogator-barricade-2.png&imgrefurl=http://www.cooksux.com/2010/10/20/rotf_barricade/&usg=__glzS7e-ISbyd2ZGAwHNC0jIUIOs=&h=497&w=637&sz=552&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=v7WUHkjLL8NNoM:&tbnh=112&tbnw=144&ei=d3z2TZmhI4GtgQeX-M2tDQ&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dbarricade%2Brotf%26hl%3Den%26biw%3D960%26bih%3D502%26gbv%3D2%26tbm%3Disch&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=113&vpy=200&dur=2316&hovh=198&hovw=254&tx=175&ty=117&page=1&ndsp=18&ved=1t:429,r:12,s:0&biw=960&bih=502 ok heres the same model barricade i have the head can lift up higher then it is in this pic allowing the hood 2 close further

You're referring to the original 2007 Deluxe Barricade, right?

Better late then never... I guess :lol

You can close the hood under the neck of the head, but you can't close it all the way, at least I can't. Barricade's goatee kind of stops it from closing completely (unless I'm supposed to yank it harder, but I don't really want to break him).

I think he's referring to this, which is the way many people, myself included, transform Barricade (thanks to the instructions which close the hood like this too). I personally prefer it this way as it makes him really broad at the shoulders and looks like a real brute. And since I can't close the two halves together all the way (the goatee gets in the way) I just leave it wide open. It's not like his head can turn or anything anyway.

This is the two Barricades side by side - the TFTM one is bigger and blockier, but has a much meaner headsculpt complete with horns. The DOTM one wins when it's not standing straight, though, as it's just SO posable.

Maybe it was my pic in the Barricade thread which prompted knightwind12's advice... my Barricade doesn't close his hood beneath the head.

yes its the 07 barricade his head flips up from under the windshield but then it can also be puled streight up allowing the hood 2 close more tightly yes his goatee gets in the wat but not enough to affect it

pull the head up and the hood will close more grip the chest slide the windshield back and then only the lowest part of his goate will be in the hood

Got it... it takes a lot of force, to the point where you think you're gonna break it, but what he says his true.

Gasp!  It works. Thanks for posting this, Knightwind! Doing that makes this guy an almost decent figure.

Wow! I never knew! The easiest way to do this is to push up the little rectangular tap on which the head sits from underneath. Just flip up the roof so it will be easier to reach underneath.

EDIT: You can pull out the head by nearly as much as 0.5 cm. It seems like you are breaking the figure when you are doing this, so please be gentle when pulling out the head. The tap on which the rest sits is able to slide upwards a little. Once you have reached the maximum height, you can slide the left and right hood underneath the rectangular tab, with only Barry's "goatee" being stuck underneath the hood pieces. It is almost as if the rectangular piece, and the two slightly raised surfaces on each side, form some sort of collar as seen in ROTF Sideways.

Look, I've had this figure since the first film was released and have transformed him easily a thousand times. I'll be damned if you're going to show ME something that I don't know.

    Well, son of a bitch.

    Thanks for the tip!

This was mentioned a while back in the "cool hidden features" thread.
