    Yup HMR VF-1's have inaccurate markings on most of the J's and the cockpit control console alone on the larger Yamato's has more detail than the entire cockpit of the HMR. The panel lines stick out more on the HMR because they're deeper but the Yamato V2 1/60/Arcadia has much thinner lines on purpose(Yamato pointed this out on their dev blog years back).

    Bandai also doesn't paint all the FLIR sensors on the HMR and unlike the larger Yamatos, their Fast Pack boosters don't have removable front covers that show all the missles underneath.

    Fine, never mind then lol. I'm not that anal about little markings and variances of lines between different Valks. When I see the HMR next to the Arcadia, the HMR "looks" more detailed in many areas while the Arcadia has a lot of plain panels. I guess I'm wrong, lol.

    Looks good! Hanging out for a good old Blockhead though. My favourite mech, that made a few deaths from above in my time.

    Maybe this line could have Transformers in it.

    I don't know from perfect but if does all the modes.
    Bandai's MO is to give you a perfect transformation and then enhancement parts. It's normal and what the Valks do in this line.

    Why does it take HLJ 9 to 11 days to ship an order if it's in stock?

    It normally doesn't unless it is either something that drop ships direct from the manufacturer (which is rare) or if it is within a few days of release and the order is confirmed and in their system. if a newly released figure has shipped to them, or even arrived at them, but is not yet at its release date, it may show as you see. Since at that point it is no longer a "pre-order". They are selling out of their actual allocated stock. But the hard date hasn't been reached yet.

    Oh OK, I ordered HI-METAL R VF-1J Valkyrie Hikaru Ichijo Use the other day and it's my first order with them. It says it's in stock but the order is just sitting there, guess I will just have to be patient LOL.

    That's strange? Maybe they have a reorder of the figure enroute? It might be worth shooting them an e-mail and asking them. I only suggest this because I recently bought that exact figure from them. I think it took 7 days total from order to delivery (US). So I know it shipped the next business day after I ordered it.

    Anytime an item is out of stock to sell and no longer produced it will show as discontinued on their website. Sometimes they get more stock and the status will change.

    Yay! That's topping my preorder list. Especially since it almost guarantees a Tomahawk (Warhammer) in the pipeline as well, since they share the same hips and legs.
