    Hey guys,

Does anybody recognize these guys? I picked them up this weekend, but can't ID them. They are all about 5" & are marked Bandai 2003.

    Thanks!

They are from SD Gundam Force. From left to right theres Zero the Winged Knight, Gundam GP01FB, a Dom of sorts, Captain Gundam and Gun Diver.

I wouldnt mind getting Zero Custom myself (similar to Zero the Winged Knight but with armour that can also be combined into a dragon).

The show was ok. Though the kid annoyed me a lot for some reason. The animation was that great either. They need to make a proper SD Gundam animation. Maybe based on the Sangokeden theme they have going recently.

I've never been able to watch much Anime, personally. I never cared for the style. But the guy that looks like Shockwave is pretty sweet.

It was actually dubbed 'Superior Defendors'. Guess Super Deformed wasnt good enough.

Oh wow! I have most of the figures! I think I'm only short of 2-5 figures before I complete the entire line and most of the figures that I have are the Japanese versions.

This line should not be confused with the "normal" SD Gundam lines. For example, the 2nd Gundam from the left isn't from the Superior Defender line.

Guneagle (redesigned SD Nu Gundam) and Zapper Zaku are 2 of my fave designs in the series!

Guard Convoy - in the series, the SD Zaku IIs are known as Zakos!

Dude. That GP01FB IS from the Superier Defender line! Its got the same proportions as those guys. Just not from the TV show but it was from the same toyline. And yes I knew they were zakus but the anime they always said zako.

Ahhh! I get what you mean! Because the SD Nu Gundam was included in the American line but was excluded in the Japanese line-up (being non show). Here's a little fun fact, like their Japanese MSIA counterparts, the Japanese Superior Defender toys were packaged in boxes.

Oh yes. I saw a boxed Gun Diver when I was in Hong Kong a few years ago. Look so much nicer than the American boxes. Do you have Zero Custom? The one that has the small dragon? I would love to get that :D .

I think the non show stuff was released in japan under a different line.

Its the knight with some funny dragon animal yes? I think I have that! Do you have pictures? It was a great line and I love the toys but I didn't open all of them though. Some of the SD toys from the US line such as Guncannon and Guntank were never relased in the Japanese line or at least I never saw them in my country.

There were differences in paint jobs for the US and Japanese Gundivers too by the way!

*Below is the dragon yes? I got this set!
