Hey guys, so I got this here neat lil' Universe Sunstreaker, and although I can take pics, I'm hoping that won't be needed since it's a different problem.

The rear ends of his car mode wiggle a bit off-place. They're on the ball joint loosely, how do I fix this?

It's just figuring out how to secure the panel on the ball joint so it won't be that big of a task to solve. I've heard people say that a drop of super glue or nail polish on the ball joint can fix this, am I thinking of the right remedy?

For most, if not all balljoint woes, these are your friends - clear nail polish, superglue, Future floor polish.

I'd recommend trying nail polish just to see if it helps, or it could be some other problem. Radicons here though will swear by Future floor polish :lol

yep. ya know why? It's acryllic, and it's made for walking on, so it's tough. it's crystal clear. It has ZERO acetone (like nail polish does) so it won't react with any plastic your TF might be made from.

it doesn't EAT plastic, but it basically melts it together. That's how it works.

I've used the "little piece of paper trick" several times. Works great.

Yeah, I've bought vintage TFs where loose stickers were superglued into place. Shit's ruined.

It's where you literally put a small thin piece of paper around or inside the joint to tighten it. It worked a miracle on my Animated Ratchet's leg like you would never believe. A little piece of plastic like from a target bag works too.

Got a loose ball joint? Some nail hardener works every time. Apply one layer (coat) at a time. Let dry. Test. Add another coat if needed. Doesn't melt or harm the plastic and is nearly completely invisible in many cases. You'll know it's there since you put it on, but most who see it won't.

The only problem with Nail Hardener, Varnish etc is the purchasing of said item unless you are in the presence of a Lady. Other than that it works a treat.

If you get weird looks, just tell the cashier that guys need strong nails too!

If you're carrying tampons, that's a little tougher to explain. Tell them they're for your emergency kit in case you get shot. Then walk away like a total badass! :D

On topic, I use Future Finish floor wax because I like the smell better than the other options. And it rocks!
