Got the Bakugan in gray from a 3 pack and decided to repaint it. Then I picked up the battle gear and painted it to match as I wanted the mold but it didn't come in any color other than beige which I do not collect along with blue. Thanks for looking.

Is that just a flat silver paint, or is it some type of chroming?

    This is really cool :thumb

I've done one of these myself with just some silver enamel. Mine was broken, and I used a stripe of styrene to repair one of the legs. They're cool toys to be rip-offs of TFs :lol

Every time I pass these in the store, I keep trying to come up with some way I can include them with a custom Soundwave or add-on weapons or something... :inquisiti

    these are awesome.

I actually picked up my first few of these YESTERDAY.

and they are exactly for that.
Very ingenious toys, drop them on something metal and they auto-transform. pretty neat.

Hm, looks like i'm not the only one with the idea of using Bakugans. On a side note, my Fear Ripper just stopped springing open today. Damn. I'm really tempted to make a Kick Off with them. :lol

I like what you've done here, the colour scheme really works. Any issue with Paint rub, though? These things are pretty compact, with powerful springs...

As myself and my two sons having dozens of these little guys, I have to say most would not have an issue with paint rubbing.

As far as the customs... looks real nice. I know my kids would love them.

Nothing more than 4 light coats of Testors Model Master Acrylic Silver.

I love these things and they work perfectly as minions. A few tf symbols and maybe some additions of 5 mm posts and their golden shoe ins.

You know, I've been trying to find a triangle bit so I could take some of these apart and further customize them but to no avail. I may have do a search online.

Nada. No paint rubbing issues whatsoever. You have to be careful not to paint the inner clips that are used for transforming but other than that, after the paint cures (about a week) they work perfect.
