I got you bud, just PM me your info.
Happy to help out man! If you get a chance - please leave me some feedback.
What do you think of the QC on him? I think he's pretty good...
Good to see those who have it hand actually enjoying these guys. Huff is awesome!
I think the QC on Huff is good. He feels sturdy with a good amount of weight to him. My copy had some pretty tight feet but after I transformed him back and forth a few times they got a lot easier to swivel up and down. Overall very happy with this guy and no issues with him.
I just picked up a complete in-package Cubex Huff from a toy show for $20. The only issue plaguing the figure is the paint chipping off his legs and torso. I think Model Master Ocean Gray is the closest-matching color on the market to give this guy a make-over.
I was worried about Pipes and the house on his back, but it was misplaced. Pipes is fantastic. I'm glad I get an option for red visor eyes. It is still a valid criticism that the cab doesn't come in a bit, but it does not hinder him as I thought it would. Honestly I would have liked the cab to condense a bit, but now that I can see that he still poses amazingly, it's a passing fancy.
My only real grump with him is the real estate he commands with his back pack.
That's kinda what annoyed me the most, apart from the back pack he was a well built and articulated, if very plain looking figure. I just couldn't give that much real estate to the back pack and its lazyness as im getting to the limit of what my detolfs can hold.
I'd have gladly paid a little more to have a better solution to the back pack.
Ah well, huff is great at least.
I have zero concern about the "house on his back", but definitely don't care for the long rail that runs just below the cab to help it slide out and into place. It's ugly and IMHO shouldn't have been used as part of the process in creating this bot transformation.
I loosened the screw a quarter turn and that fixed the tight feet issue.
The post office played kickball with my package. My Huff arrived with a broken hand.
I figure that in 3-6 months BadCube will send me a replacement.
It took me months bothering both the seller and BC directly to get a new gun for Brawny.
This is a lot more noticeable damage. Figure that I have a shot bugging them after the Moon Festival is over.
They responded to my fb message and said ti contact my retailer.
I replied back saying it was second hand misb from an ebay seller. They read it but never responded.
WTF?!? looks more like they used the package to sit on...perhaps as a trampoline..
Man, that's horrible! I hope they can make good and get you a replacement.
Me too, because otherwise it is an awesome figure.
That sucks. Sorry to hear that. What's the seller's name??
Badcube's after care support sucks goat balls. I hope somehow you get taken care of much sooner.
It was tfdirect. Hopefully they have enough clout to get BadCube to send a replacement part.
I have stated before that I will never buy a BC product from anyone other than a major seller because if something goes wrong, BadCube will only deal with a mainstream company.
Tfdirect uses some really heavy duty inflatable packaging around their individual boxes and reinforced the box with Styrofoam. Even with that much internal packaging the PO found a way to crush it.
Separate names with a comma.
