Kind of a bad idea for a free gift on this month's issue of the UK Transformers comic lol
lol when this turns into an international incident i'm going to blame you for letting the US board members know.
i have this image in my head of mind-controlled british schoolchildren attempting to assassinate Obama like the megatron's body guns in the IDW comics
well the cover (minus the gun) appeared on TFWiki a couple days ago I think, so it'd be their fault lol
I just love that the toy gun even comes with a scope on top as well lol
Looks damn awesome to me. What do you people personally have against this?
I don't have anything against it, I just find it funny that they have a free gun next to a sign that says "The President must die"
It depends on who is president.
Good thing Canada doesn't have one.
I may have to go buy this for the fun of it. I wonder if anyone will be offended by it in the US? Not that it's a US product of course...
Can you imagine the kerfluffle if this hit the stands in the US?!
-ZacWilliam, there's some publicity!
So what's the deal with this? It looks like a magazine, but it's a comic? Only in the UK? Who publishes it, and more importantly where can I get it?!
It's a UK magazine that has an 8 page comic inside it (Prime continuity at the moment) You would have to have the magazine ordered from the UK or through a magazine/comics seller to get it in the US
Titan comics publishes it
Thanks for the info. I found the first issue on evilBay, but other than that these things seem impossible to get in the U.S.. I managed to add a few issues to my cart on the Titan website, but the price came up as zero pounds so I don't think that's going to work.
Maybe you can ask at a comic shop if they can import a copy?
I might try that with my local shop, thanks. I found a guy on eBay, but he doesn't have all the issues.
...it took me a few seconds of looking at the picture to realize what the issue was. "It's a toy gun. So? What's the big deal...oooooohhhh, right. Yikes."
Subliminal messages are subtle...
Indeed they are lol
"The President Must Die! Here is a gun!"
Individually, the two concepts are okay. Together, implications... disturbing.
Yeah ... not the best execution of that idea
Separate names with a comma.
