Sweet! I thought those kits were bigger than the Revoltechs. Thanks.

ZendaGorilla (from the Time Bokan series, Zendaman) is part of their Z Gokin line, which was produced before Macross, Dorvack & Orguss. You can find out more about the Z Gokin line and what toys were produced at TBDX. Takatoku got licenses from some of the more obscure, funky tokusatsu and anime shows.

    Great idea Transfotaku!

Here are some of mine. In order:

    1) Daikyojin by Unifive. From Tatsunoko's anime Yattodettaman, part of the Time Bokan franchise.

    2) Mazinger Z and Boss Borot from Bandai's Soul of Chogokin. From Go Nagai's Mazinger Z.

    3) Vintage Galactic Gale Baxinger from Popy/Bandai's deluxe Chogokin line, and Galaxy Cyclone Bryger from Yamato's GN-U line. Both from the J9 anime trilogy.

    4) Bandai's Gaiking, from the anime Gaiking: The Legend of Daikyu Maryu.

    5) CM'S Baldios, from the anime with the same name.

    6) CM'S Gakeen, from Toei's Magne Robo Gakeen.

    7) Vintage Gyakuten-Oh from Popy/Bandai's deluxe Chogokin line. From the Tatsunoko anime Ippatsuman, also part of the Time Bokan franchise.

    8) Raideen the Brave from Bandai's Soul of Chogokin. From the Sunrise anime of the same name.

    9) CM'S GoShogun, from the anime Sengoku Majin GoShogun.

    10) Iron Gear from Bandai's Soul of Chogokin with Xabungle and Walker Gallia on its shoulders. From Sunrise's anime Blue Gale Xabungle.

Amazon.com: Indie Spotlight Comic Book Heroes SCUD: Toys & Games
Bam, right there. :)  Good price, too - cheaper than what I paid. Only downside is that he can't hold weapons that aren't his and look good - the optional empty hands are in a really wonky pose.

And for a similar price, the entirety of the Scud comic if you don't have it yet:
Amazon.com: Scud: The Whole Shebang (9781582406855): Rob Schrab, Dan Harmon, Mondy Carter, Jack Grey: Books
Seriously, 20 bucks for 800 pages of insanity is a frickin' steal.

HA! We have the same tastes in robots! I'm missing the vintage Baxinger, CM's Baldios, and vintage Gyakutenoh (but I own the CM's version). Great stuff!

I just love those crazy Japanese Super Robots from the late 70s and early 80s.

I also have a vintage Sankan-Oh, but I didn't upload a pic of him because mine was actually a 1982 Christmas present, so it has seen better days.

I still have to find the CM's versions. BBTS has CM's Sankan-Oh, but everytime I look at the price, I decide against it. But if Joel brings it to Botcon, it will be very hard to resist.

I'd love to get one of those SCUDs, but Shocker gave me a royal runabout when I purchased from them directly, and I have no interest in supporting them no matter how much I want their product.

Can do it through Amazon in the link I posted.

They're supposedly also going to be selling them at Hastings stores.

Ah, Daidenjin! I just wish they'd release a version that was bigger to match the size of the other sentai robos. It looks so small when standing with the others!

I keep waiting for Daidenjin and Daitetsujin 17 to enter the SOC line. Not that it would have to be SOC, I'd be happy if any company made modern and articulated versions of those two.

Let's see if these links work better. I so need a better lightbox and maybe camera:

Golden Army guy from Hellboy 2's SD line (like Robot Heroes, Combat Heroes, etc) vs some Sangokudens.

3 of my Dunbine model kits. The ones from the 80s.

Mazinger and Raideen. I got these from here:

    Raideen
    Mazinger

My tribute to Shogun Warriors. The Combattler is from the "Super Robot in Action" line, and is, indeed, clear.

Escaflowne and Outlaw Star! I got Big O and Big Duo from that line also, but they're hanging elsewhere.

More pics! And plan on taking more later too.

My Takara Drossel gashapons, and my GN-U Dou figs.

For those curious, they're a nice line. Not Revoltech level, but GN-U aren't bad. Try to get them for under $15 each, or they are too expensive for what you get.

My Super Robot Wars gang. And generally speaking, my mainstays in the various games.

Venus A is an SoC, the rest are kits.

Jun and her boyfriend...or is it Tetsuya and his girlfriend? ;)

The Big Bad Evil Guys of my mecha collection. It's not very clear there, I'll nab pics in the lightbox of them later. Not all to scale per se. Probably going to add my ML Ultron to it so him and Brainiac can hang out. One of them is God Gundam knock-off I got from Big Lots that's blood red.

I'm considering the following names for it but as yet undecided:

    Satan Gundam
    Antichrist Gundam
    Hellfire Gundam
    Hell Gundam
    Apocalypse Gundam
    Shinigami Gundam

They are currently selling them at Hastings. Both the store in my area have atleast 1 full set including variants. Everyone but Maxx is 16.99, he is 18.99. They are all also available at gohastings.com
