So I wasn't going to share this story, but after telling a friend he said it was to good to keep to myself. As I said in a earlier post I called my local Wal-Mart with the UPC and found out they had 18. I went on my lunch break to pick up 3 (2 for me and one for a friend). When I get there I don't see any out on the shelves. Theres a guy doing inventory in toys, and I ask him if he can help me find it. He looks up the UPC in his hand held and says he thinks he knows where they might be. He takes me back to the now closed lawn & garden section. We look at one pallet of stuff and its all movie stuff. I ask if I can look around and he says sure. I head towards a pallet of Hasbro master cases. He follows me and we find them sitting there. He opens one (master case) up to check. Bingo! I ask if I can buy them in a sealed master case because I've never had one before. He tells me sure and hands me the loose (out of the master case) one to bring to the register and have the girl ring up 3. I thank him and head on my way to the register. I get to the register, tell the girl I'm getting 3 of these, and hand her the one loose Skywarp. I say "there are 3 of these in the master case so just ring this 3 times and keep the loose one". She rings it once, and the register ask for a serial number! As we both stand there confused she proceeds to enter the part number above the UPC. Then the register ask if I want to purchase a warranty for $5.88, I say naw I'll pass. Then the greatest thing ever happens! She looks at the total shakes her head and bags the master case with the loose Skywarp! I pay for the Skywarp, and leave. Turns out she charged me for the warranty but I think $69.84 is a fair price for FOUR Masterpiece Skywarps! Maybe I'll buy a lottery ticket when the woman gets home.
