Wii might be the first platform that I buy a sports title for. And thats saying alot coming from me. Lets hope that the Wii controller works like it should. I also hope they allow for changing controller sensitivity.

yeah me too. I really can't see things being popular if they don't honestly, everyone will move it differently.

Wow. Despite the funky name, it's the same old Revolution, inovative and ass-kicking.

This is good. If Nintendo can get fucking Electronic Arts to innovate and think creatively they can do just about anything.

Yeah, it's weird that EA went through all this just for Nintendo. I like the Fight Night games, and EA did not put Round 3 on the Gamecube. I hope EA do something cool with Fight Night on the Wii if they do this with Madden on the Wii.

It sounds great in theory, but I'm very suspicious that in reality your arms/wrists are going to get tired as hell doing all that for the hour it takes to play a game of Madden.

I'm ALMOST on board with the Wii as an exciting new platform, but the controls still worry me.

same here. I think this will (again) make a good secondary console. but not a primary one, because of that controller.

Fight Night....where it comes with a set of gloves (or two controllers)....

and as for Madden, you go to toss the ball and accidently toss the controller for real into the TV...LOL

If the controller doesn't catch on, Nintendo is dead in the water. And honestly, I'm not too thrilled about having to wave my arm around to play Madden.

You probably wont have to, I'm sure most games will have the option to play in "standard" mode, meaning using the cradle, or a gamecube controller. But I'm sure that wouldn't sway you anyway. Seems like you have been against the idea from the begining.

The beauty of the industry is that you have options.
