    Not really a TF question, but ok.

    Go to User CP, click on the "Edit Avatar" link to the left (under Settings & Options). Scoll down and either cut and paste the URL you just linked to or save the pic to your computer first then browse for it using the browse button.

    Keep in mind, the maximum size of your avatar can only be 100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). Unless you become a TFW2005 supporter.
