    Built" is not always synonymous with "Create".

    Simplely put, we dont know what megatron ment when he said "built".

    Megatron could've meant that they built the Constructicon's new Earth bodies (much like Starscream built the Combaticons new Earth bodies) or Megatron only said that to make everybody believe it so that when Omega Supreme came along no one would believe him when he said that they were Autobots turned Decepticons from Cybertron, don't really no why he would do that but I'm a theorist so I just make stuff up like that
