Yeah, Ive had this Idea for quite some time. I finally started it. I got the Optimus Prime part finished, but am waiting for the rest of the Stunticons to arrive, so I can finish this. Im making this for someone, so sadly I wont be able to keep it, and Im really liking how this is turning out so far, and Im going to probally have to make one for myself. This is the first of many more projects to come! Oh, and Im taking ideas for the name of the combined form when the rest are completed. I have to clue what to call them.
I cant remember off hand who the other Stunticons will be. I know Dragstrip will be Mirage, and then I will also have Sideswipe, Jazz and Tracks.
Looking good. I was going to do something similar back when that Motormaster colored like Prime showed up on ebay, but could never find a good Motormaster. I also think there was a digibash made somewhere too, but I'm not too sure. The other Bots that were part of the masquerade where Mirage/Dragstip, Jazz/Deadend, Sideswipe/Breakdown, and Windcharger/Wildrider. Keep up the good work. I'm eager to see how yours turns out.
Ok, any suggestions as to which Stunticon I should start on first? Im planning on doing Bluestreak, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker, and Mirage. Any suggestions?
It's from the G1 episode titled "Masquerade". Basically, Prime, Sideswipe, Mirage, Jazz, and Windcharger caught the Stunticons and painted themselves like Motormaster, Breakdown, Dragstrip, Dead-End, and Wildrider respectively. It was one of my favorite episodes of all time. I'd like to paint some G1 reissues up like that, but stupid Mirage has yet to be reissued.
And, sadly, Mirage will never be reissued because Hasbro has "lost" the molds and forms for Mirage. I, too, agree with following the Masquerade format, with painting the other Stunitcons as the respective characters already mentioned. It has relevance and would look AWESOME. Keep up the hard work.
