Bumblebee Probably a teenager. He's still kind of immature, and I can't see him as any older than college age. I'm gonna pinpoint 18 or 19 for his age.

Optimus Prime Late 30's, early 40's. He's old enough to be wise and experienced, but he can't be too old with how much butt he kicks. I'm thinking 39 - 41.

Ratchet 50's. He does seem old, but not quite retirement old.

Ironhide Probably early 40's. He seems older than Prime, but not by that much.

Jazz Late 20's, maybe early 30's.

Sideswipe Early 20's.

Arcee Early 20s?

Skids and Mudflap - College age. I guess they kind of act like really immature college kids?

Jolt Ancient as the universe itself... or, I dunno, 2. Somewhere in between for sure.

Jetfire Definitely at least in his 70's, probably in his 80's or 90's.

Wheelie Mid-30's, I think.

Brains Probably a bit older than Wheelie, but less mature.

Topspin Probably close to Roadbuster's age, maybe a bit younger.

I just don't see Lockdown being in his late twenties, same goes for Drift.

Anyway, I think Bee don't act totally like an adult, but it's cute for a young man to act like that, 'cause he is reliable on the battlefield. Being a young boy doesn't mean he can't be a great warrior.
For the others, I think Prime is around 40, since Sentinel mentioned he is a young leader.
Hound is around 50?
