Looks like he's been released, or it close to being released. The major differences are the predominant green color being much closer to a military olive drab, and dark grey plastic being used for the joints.

He looks way less...cheap than Hailstorm somehow. I really hate that grey plastic that Hasbro uses on every fucking mold, when are they finally going to run out of that shit?

Wow, I wasn't expecting that much but the gunmetal gray looks so much better than Hasbro's off white.

This trumps Hasbro's version in every single way.

Man, that olive green looks so much better. I was just thinking about that the other day, that Hasbro needs to release more of these military-alt-mode bots in proper drab green (I get why they don't, though).

Well, this sold me, I'm ordering this guy.

This guy and Blurr are the only new molds worth buying the Takara version for.

I like the Hasbro one, but the black treads and darker gray really does look way better.

    Blurr? Really?

Not lugnut? Or all the cybertron mode stuff?

I don't like this mold, but ya, Takara did a great job with the deco here

Wow that's sexy. Seriously, the paint scheme they gave him is totally super japanese robot like. I dig.

A purple head on Lugnut isn't worth the price hike. Especially since I preferred the Atomic TFA repaint.

And the Cybertron stuff looks pretty much the same except for Megatron, who looks terrible.

The Takara version looks way better than Hasbro's. Should this come as any surprise?

Hailstorm looks great compared to his HTFD version. Interesting that AA Terradive has orange accents instead of the white found on the HTFD version. Any clue why they went with orange?

It's nice but I like that Hasbro's has more contrast.

Hasbro Highbrow is definitely superior. It invokes the look of WWII aircraft, many of which had very light colored undersides to try to blend in with the skies against infantry. Not every aircraft was like that all the time...but I like the look of that for Highbrow.

All the movie related figures are, including this line. The cards are the same but the bubble insert is different (has Japanese text on the underside), they're taped on instead of glued on, the bubbles have different flaps than the American versions, and the twisties are the old plastic kind not the paper ones Hasbro now uses.
