    Ebay:
I went and only bought 2 guns for my G2 Skyscorchers and the convention comic. I got the comic signed by Gregg Berger, who is such a chilled dude.

    Best AA ever.

Being in the same hotel as everyone and everything was great, great prices and range of stuff from the dealers, excellent guests and met tons of cool guys and gals too.

Keep an eye on that Liokaiser, Tracks!

I'll second that. Better than Transforce 2001 .... probably. It's a shame most of the people we know couldn't make it - as it would have made it better even still for us, but the event had a fantastic atmosphere and you could tell all the AA Team loved doing it. It was also the most BotCon like UK Transformers event as well.

    Roll on 2010, we've pre-registered already

feckin awesome! the best part as cheesy as it sounds was finally meeting everyone :)

the whole thing was a blast and I've not met such a nice bunch of guys in a long while I cannot believe its a whole year until the next one.

I am also still chuckling to myself about the ROTF Ravage BJ video and the militant gummi bear who wouldnt flush down the toilet lol

Thanks for an awesome weekend fellas and a big shout out to Locust for all the help, couldnt have done the stand without you dood.

bloody fantastic, made a lot of new friends, met a lot of people on here which was great, and brought a lot.

Unfortunately the only prob now is when i just coughed something inmy back snapped and i now can't move. It was still fucking worth it though.

As soon as my back heals ill get my vid footage on YT.

P.S. Red leader i met you at the stall, you've probably told me but i've forgotten sorry but whats your real name, its for a pic of you i put on facebook along with all my pics of AA09.

I concur, the convention was tons of fun and it was great to see some cosplayers (past AAs I attended lacked that). I had a great weekend and met an old friend or two. Gregg Berger is an amazing man and so open and friendly too, got three autographs from him.

    My other loot/buys were....

    AA Mug
    Three AA keyrings
    Couple of AA postcards
    Convention comic (signed by Gregg)

    RiD Prowl
    Armada bowl
    Binaltech Arcee
    Animated Jet Twins
    Alternators Rodimus
    Robot Heroes Mirage
    Animated Waspinator
    Spotlight: Sixshot comic
    A loose Deluxe Animated Bulkhead

Did okay in the raffle, won a small Movie Ratchet, but swapped it for the Armada bedding (which I had been coverting all weekend), and my friend won the Voyager Bulkhead, then gave it to me instead (she's more of a Beast Wars fan).

Guys, i just wanted to say a big thank you to all who attended this years Auto Assembly, and made it the success that it was.

Andy, it was great to finally meet you, along with Big Pete ( the legend ), Nin....Megatron, CharmedSerenity, ( it was me who gave you the bedding lol, i so wanted that myself! ) Locust/John, your a stand up guy dude, make sure you bring a few more customs next year, mine felt lonely! TF@TM, pleasure talking to you guys over the weekend, thanks for showing me the clear Sixshot and letting me have a good look at your collection, but damn you, i want shiny toys now!

If i have forgetten anyone here i do apologise, but when you have over 500 people running around you doing crazy stuff, your going to forget things!

Someone other than Big Pete won in the raffle?!?

It was a fantastic weekend, there was a buzz about the hotel (though that may have been the Indian buffet lunch). It was great to put faces to names, everyone's really sound, but someone else's room next year guys?

Went over budget, took me almost two hours of packing and re-packing to make it all fit in the suitcase. Thanks so much for posting Overlord Andy, your a life-saver :thumbs2:

Gregg Berger is every kind of awesome, funny, humble, him Grimlock! Him King! He signed my letter to Grim-Grams from 22 years ago :D

The LD display was stunning, especially the Sixshots, cheers for bringing them along guys.

A few pics, as with Scourge, I can't post many of them for fear of the banhammer:

Got some good deals from this fine man on the right:
