Sweet! I hope America gets it on the 18th because its kind of fair...
Either that's a VERY rare advance screening, or it's an error, as the other Hoyts cinemas all have it opening on the 24th, as do all the other Aussie cinemas (Village, AMC, Imax, etc).
Its weird yeah but it must be an advanced screening because there was one like this for Xmen origins and it stilll showed on that date...
so going on 18-19th
I got excited too, then I saw this......
World exclusive in Willetton, WA!!
Link as proof:
Listening to the Radio and they said the same, but IMAX was gettin' it on the 24th
Lucky, considering you're ten odd hours behind if you live near Greenwich Mean TZ.
no shit...I have just seen the commercial boards at local train station saying it opens on 24 June earlier today.
The 18th seems to have disappeared, now back to the 24th.
I'm in Melbourne for work that week so I think I'll try to get to that Imax midnight screening.
Yeah that no shit was so needed... 0.o
I cant believe im gonna see this film in like 8 days!!! :O
Is this a fact and does it apply to all cinemas? The one near me is an Empire cinema, and due to their rubbish telephoen service you cant actually ever speak to a human being so i havnt been able to find out for sure. How did you find out?
how much for a movie ticket in melbourne?
i dont think the people that run the Australian hoyts website are very smart. For one they created a god awful layout that is completely non user-friendly, and you can no longer find out which sessions are in a G-max cinemas and which arent at your local hoyts and since each individual hoyts cinema page is edited by an employee working at that cinema the dates can be wrong and usually up to three days late after the films release to be updated on their web page
lucky, i have been trying to find advanced screenings in my area :/. not luck so far :[
in tas we get it on the 24th
Depends, Reading Cinemas will get you $9 for a Kid, roughly $16 of an Adult.
Hoyts, $11 for Kids, $17.50 for Adults.
Separate names with a comma.
