It better include the dub as an audio option!

Why is it North America never gets Headmasters, Victory or Master Force in box set format? I'm sure a ton of collectors would pay for it.

    Masterforce. *shiver*

Ok, it WOULD be nice to have it legally available in the US for the completists, but they're really REALLY not that very good. (Although I do get a kick out the occasional shouted "TURANUSUFORUMU!")

Man, that stinks why not America?! Although I proabably wouldn't buy headmasters, I want Masterforce and Victory.

I'd buy it if the price were reasonable.

I've never seen this but if the dub is so bad why can't they redub this? Isn't there a whole industry set up bringing Japanese cartoons to North America?

You'd think this to be a no brainer, esp. with all the hype for it this year...

I bought the series on DVD on ebay for like $50. Headmasters, Masterforce and the other. english dubbed, but will only play on my PC. wasnt very good. Powermasters sucked. Prime was a truck driver?! And relegated to a background character. It was good for nostalgic purposes, but thats about it

Really - considering how much sets are here; even w/ the $20 s/h whack for overseas - $65ish isn't too bad - and I am gonna be happy I talked my mom into springing for a region-free DVD replacement in my son's room :)

I'd be all over these if they were sold in the U.S. As is, I'm fine with my TV-Nihon fansubs.

But this money, she burns a hole in my pocket!

I don't friggin' understand why N. America doesn't get DVD releases of TF series. They released Voltron on region 1, why not TF? Especially with the new movie out and the release of the 86 flick on DVD, there is a huge market potential for G1 on DVD and for most of the other Jap exclusive series. Sure, we get Cybertron on DVD, but the newer TF series (the Uni trilogy) are crap compared to the old cartoon.

Sorry for the rant, but can't we get a freaking break? I want g1 on DVD and not some shady ass chinese crap box set that I buy off ebay with the box covered in the same characters as Allen Iverson's body. :mad

Great cover, except the ugly Australian ratings logo spoils it a bit.

I would buy this. Headmasters was only bad because of the dubbing, but besides that, it's a pretty enjoyable series, like Victory.

We already got G1 officially released here years ago from Rhino. Good luck finding it at a reasonable price.

G1 is really the only one I have on DVD but I would like R.I.D., Energon, Cybertron, and the other Japanese series on DVD also so one day I can own them along with the the currently released Armada, Beast Wars, and Beast Machines.

Aw man, I JUST bought the UK headmasters set, but this one has much cooler cover art. Oh well!

The UK Headmasters, Masterforce, and Victory all play great on my North american DVD player. I just jumped online and looked up the unlock code to make my player region-free. was pretty easy ;)
