    The best part is that you can fit so many of them in a single energon cube. They're the next best thing to puppies. :)

    Ummmm... riiiight....

    I agree with most of what you're saying, but when it comes down to it, the characters are the same, so it's only natural to want them to look a bit more like the original characters.

    Not identical... I don't necessarily have a problem with Ironhide being black, or being a big 4X4 truck... but it would be nice if there were a few other visual touchstones to link him with the original Ironhide (that the character is clearly not "coincidentally", based on).

    By all indications, this design is based on G2 Clench, so there's not exactly a lot of Ironhide in evidence. :)

    If DC's Infinite Earths taught us something, is that alternate realities can be as "coincidentally" close or different as the writer wants. :thumb
