Been lurking a while and I am not sure where to post this whether in "how to" or in "Radicon". This will be my first thread here anywhere on this board.

I know this mold has been out quite a while and one of the biggest beef (issue) with this mold is the huge hole and gap in the chest. After I saw few pictures from different threads, even ones from reviewer, I believe the chest is fine. Just a matter of transformation. I will let the pictures do the talking.

    Tails transformation

Front side by side, notice the difference

Up close of Mindwipe's chest, notice the shoulder plate protrude out beyond the chest plate and no gap.

Strafe's incorrect transformation and a huge gap.

From the first picture, if the tail is transform this way, it is possible to push it into that big cavity a good 1/4" that is MW/Strafe's chest. Be sure to
fold the tail fin inward and line it up with the gap and give it a big shove. Don't worry, nothing will be broken and you might need a few try. I do not see this step in the instruction.

Meant to post this a while and if there is already a thread for this, please forgive me and ignore this. If not, I hope who ever has this mold will be a little happier and enjoy the toy a little more. I just want to contribute something to this community.

Please comment if you try this.

EDIT: Yup, I've known about this for a while. I think I discovered it a day or so after I got Mindwipe.

I didn't realise it, cheers :)  I'd suggest putting it in the review threads for both toys too.

Pics aren't working, but I know what you're talking about. Kinda odd how both the chest and the arm-swords need a bit more force than usual to move into the proper positions.

I was wondering if these guys were mistransformed. The hole in the chest is ugly, glad it doesn't have to be that way.

Yeah, I discovered this when I was trying out the various fan modes for Mindwipe (bat mode, the various plus-Skystalker combined modes).
