Which bot head would suffice to represents "Classics 2.0"-nized Movie Barricade head and replace Henkei Prowl's head. I've got Decepticon Sigil sticker to put over the place of Autobot's logo on his chest, and just need some miiiiinor changes, includes his head. Much appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Try a black Tankor head, both got the "horny" look.

    Horny.

    Hohohoho.

Yeah, just chop it off, drill a hole in it's neck and jam it in.

If that doesn't work, try modding it slightly.

Nevermind, already got Cybertron Hot Shot's head..

    And here's a digibash..

Now it prompts another question: What kind of joint does both Henkei Prowl & Cyb Hot Shot's heads are on?

Cybertron Hot Shot's head would be way too big to fit. And Prowl's head is on a pin/rivet. Whereas Hot Shot's is on an internal swivel joint.

^^^That's too bad since from the digibash it looks great.

Now this thread has got me thinking...what Classics TF would make a good representation of movie Bumblebee? :p

That's too bad. Any other heads that strikingly resembles that Hot Shot's one, but with more fitting size & joint? I know, it's hard, but oh well, I'm still a rookie on kitbash/paint stuffs. *shrugs* :/

What about Cybertron Defense Hot Shot. Isn't his mold a little smaller than the regular Cybertron Hot Shot?

Upon further inspection, the heads attach in a similar fashion on a rivet and are very close in size. You may have to slightly modify the CD Hot Shot head to fold away into Prowl's body, but I think it could work. Plus, with the impending release of the Target Two-pack of Roadbuster and Dirge, the mold will be available again.

Anyway, lil' question here, since I got no Deluxe Barricade on my collection. What was the number on Barricade again? 643? 645? 649?

    Okay, let me search first.

EDIT :: Wow, this looks fitting. But, what kind of joint does his head was based on? :/

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand, upon further discovery, I decided to wait for Universe Roadbuster, a repaint of C.Defense Hot Shot.

From 2007 Movie Decepticons' rosters to fill into my future Classics/Henkei Decepticons..

    Megatron: Henkei
    Starscream: Henkei or U.Classics 2.0
Blackout: Still can't think of a perfect mold to "Classics 2.0"-nize him.
Brawl: Still can't think of a perfect mold to "Classics 2.0"-nize him.
    Scorponok: I got Energon Scorponok.
Frenzy: I got Cybertron Scrapmetal ordered and waiting for arrival, and he's ML Soundwave's minion.
Bonecrusher: Still can't think of a perfect mold to "Classics 2.0"-nize him.

That being said, I'm only left with the only one being Classics Barricade, from TFU Prowl, since his alt-mode is generic, while Blackout, Brawl & Bonecrusher's are way too distinctive and unique to their own Movie designs.

    The Already acquired HenkeiVerse Decepticons..
Megatron, Astrotrain, Classics Devastator, Energon Scorponok, Music Label Soundwave, G1 Laserbeak, G1 Ravage

On the must-buy List.. Ramjet, Starscream, Cyclonus, Octane, Onslaught, Ratbat, Cyb Scrapmetal x2

    Aaaannd, Barricade. ;)

    "To Punish And Enslave."

Personally, I've always thought that Henkei Prowl would still work as Barricade even as a straight up repaint, no modding at all. I'd leave the head as is and just break out the black and gold

For me, his notable G1 headcrest is what prompted me to think of an head mod.

Maybe, by compensating their neck movement.

Are you looking to keep the movie look or a classics look?

Universe tankor(as is) or galvatron(remove the horns) will work as will prowls(remove the visor) head.

For movie just use that head with some modding.
