    It's funny he had to go through a big explanation like that, given it was more or less clear in the original post that the sketches were not official. You know...If you actually read it.
    lol Oh internets.

    It's a shame he's not officially on the team though. I hope some of his stuff in that pot of ideas get used.
    I also hope he still posts those decepticon sketches, though. He's stuff is still cool to see.

    Best cartoon style TF artwork I've seen in a LONGGGGG time. Far prefer that style to Animated, and I liked animated.

    It's a bit more stylized than the finished CG stuff we've seen for the actual Prime show (almost a given when dealing with actual three dimensional modeling that needs to actually transform...much easier to make pieces that fit together when you don't have to worry about them "bending" into stylized shapes), but you can see that it's following a similar aesthetic.

    I especially love the Jazz. I hope that future incarnations of Transformers stick with the "split" front facia vehicle mode motif. It's true to G1 while letting the chests be a bit less bulky. I'm really glad this kind of thing was introduced with the movieverse on characters like bumblebee and barricade.
