Continuing on with my goal to articulate every G1 Autobot car is Sunstreaker. Obviously not the best mold to start with, I guess thats why Takara made the "New Countach" (Sideswipe) to replace it in the Diaclone line, but it is what it is.

He now has posability with rotating shoulders, rotating biceps, hindged knees, and balljoint hips, and head.

Just the Ironhide mold left to devirginize, and then the repaints.

Great stuff, excellent work as usual. Especially considering that, as you say, G1 'streaker's bot mode really isn't all that to start with..

Fantastic! I am really glad to see one of these again, though your MP Sideswipe is amazing.
Can't wait for your take on Ironhide.
Was it difficult to get the head detached from the Chrome part? Also do you repaint these guys after bashing them?

Dude!!! You don't even know how much I was thinking about your work this morning and wondering when you'd do Sunstreaker. It's a challenging figure with goofy proportions and I hoped you'd be able to fix it up. And you definitely made a huge improvement and the quality of work is top notch as usual.

Thanks for providing some serious immediate gratification, LOL.

With all the clunkiness of the original, you've made Sunstreaker as good as he was ever going to look. Classic! Nice job.

As an aside, this has always been one of the nicest G1 headsculpts... nice to see the body up to snuff.
