So latly Ive been having fun articulating my G1 figures. On this one, I started with a G1 Jazz reissue and scratch built hinges into his knees, made his head and waist pivot, and put his shoulders and hips on balljoints.

    And he still transforms.:thumbs2:

He needs some thigh and bicep rotation, stat!

Otherwise an amazing job! Kudos to you and your good looking Jazz.

Since I used balljoints, his thighs do rotate at the hips, so I can point his toes in or out, and his biceps do rotate at the wheels, actually each of his arms have 5 points of articulation. Its no Alternator, but its got plenty of poseability for what I want, becides these things are freakin small!

All of these so far have turned out so well! It's amazing how good these old molds look with just a bit of articulation added! Hasbro really could have taken this approach, and blown our minds for the 25th Anniversary release!

Great work on these. I love that it's becoming a series. :)

Wow, you continue to convince me that I want to buy you as a customs slave to modify each of my G1 toys. Yes, this is a good idea. Santa, you listening? Sure you are.

Awesome. The only thing I think that keeps it from being perfect is that the crotch seems to hinder the leg movements somewhat. I would've cut away at it a little, but in that case he wouldn't look so G1 perfect.
