Yep, been talking about it on the SOC thread. AmiAmi preorders sold out instantly a week ago. I ordered mine from Anime Exchange. Everyone says August/Sept release so it should be soon!

I searched and didn't see a whole lot. But I'll probably order one since HLJ has it up.

That's the same link Mark posted. :)

I'm very much looking forward to this figure. I had the Ultra Alloy D17 preordered since 2015 but that turned into vaporware. There is speculation that maybe Action Toys got ahold of Ultra Alloy's and finished it, which would explain why it's ready just a month or two after being publicly shown.

Whatever the case may be, I hope it's great. It has a considerable amount of metal.

    Holy shit!

This is just a larger scale version of their previous God Phoenix? Man, I so want this but wish it did more like the Uni5 version. And this is going to cost about $800?!!! Insane!!! I guess the Lego MF is setting a new precedent for how much to charge people? For that price, I need this thing to have a built in real Firebird mode.
    BIG SCALEシリーズ ゴッドフェニックス(G-5号)

    This thing is badass too:

Also to rich for me and not as wanted as the Gatchaman piece. Guess I'm going to continue admiring pictures of other people's God Phoenix's and wishing someone would actually make a great one worth the money to me.

Haha @Predaking000 thats exactly on point! The God Phoenix is my favorite all time anime ship and its up there as top 2-3 ship all time period. It's one of my most wanted pieces but I want a Masterpiece! Not an oversized paperweight that happens to be shaped like it. What's it going to take for someone to do it justice. Has Sentinel ever made just vehicles?

40 cm or about 15". Doesn't matter. For $800 it needs to include the previously released smaller versions of the other vehicles and they all need to fit inside with the proper mechanisms. Even then, $800 is too much. What they have shown is barely worth the $100 of the original little ones price.

Their Raideen totally missed the mark with me as well...i love most of their redesigns but I just really hate this one. I would like to see them finally put out the Machine Blockers they showed many years ago...especially since CMS went under after just giving us one of the 4.

Holy shit CMS Bosspalder is one of my most prized possessions. I would love some Machine Blockers. I was hoping with Marusan doing Gordian and GoShogun from CMS that they might pick up the wayward Bosspalder mold and re-release it with retools of the rest of the team. But I would take anything..... well except for Evolution Toy I cannot deal with their garbage.

I love that Raideen from Fewture though disagree there.

Daitetsujin just arrived.... honestly is anything better than a pristine cardboard box from Japan? It has to be one of the best things is life. Just look at this beauty and all the joy within!

I'm the opposite with Raideen. The base robot design gives me the fucking tingles but that access shit hanging off of the bottom of its back is just plain poor form. I just wish it wasn't coming out so damned far out.

Raydeen is just one of those that I'm super picky about because the Shogun Warrior diecast was my first robot toy and the Marvel Comic (along with Micronauts) was something my parents picked up for me every month.

Absolutely. I completely understand that. I'm the exact same way with certain bots, superheroes, etc. etc.. Everyone has their preferences and I wasn't t all attempting to argue or condescend yours and apologize if it came off like that in the least. Just making conversation as I'm a big Fewture collector.

Did you crack it open yet? Mine appears to be stuck in Chicago customs, which is alarming because my last package to go through Chicago customs is STILL THERE after a full month. These are both EMS which should and usually do sail right through customs. :(

Shit I have been in customs hell for a month before it’s a drag. I haven’t cracked him open yet. Friday night is all I got till then it’s all anticipation. I will definitely post my thoughts then.

:jawdropper: Shit that is beautiful. I really like the ridiculous 70’s designs, dated, impractical and garish but I would love these in my collection. I wish these got more love.
