I need help making a decision. I recently have the option to buy either Powerlinx Optimus Prime or regular red and blue Optimus Prime. They're both the same price, and MIB, just having a hard time deciding. Powerlinx Optimus is dark blue and red, has a black and red trailer and a sparkiling, gold mini-con, and regular Optimus is just like he appears in Armada.

Thanks ahead of time people, now which one should I buy?

I would buy Powerlinx Optimus Prime because he kicked so much ass in the last few episodes of Armada.

Unless you're a big Prime fan or an Armada fan, I wouldn't spend the money on either of them. Armada Prime was very brick-tastic.

If there are any Armada episodes you should watch it has to be those last few.

    MORTAL COMBAT FTW!

I have 2 MISB Armada Powerlinx Optimus Prime's sitting in my closet.
One has the Transformers Universe CD-ROM, the other doesn't.

I don't really want either one. I want to get the regular Armada Prime instead, and maybe the Japanese version of Powerlinx Prime because he is show-accurate.

When you put Prime's trailer on him to make him bigger, his legs become cluny and un-movable. Bummer...

Tough call really; worse is that it's a crappy toy in either colour. I vote for regular red and blue Prime.

GAH! The more I see this figure, the more I dislike it. Thanks for all the help guys.

What the hell? The trailer seriously works itself?

Yeah; not very well at that too..

Like Cdnshockwave said, get Bendy Prime; so much playability for a fraction of the price.

Ya I would personally save your money then buying this guy. Seeing as how it looks like you havint seen him up close I would highly recommend saving up or buying something else such as the Deluxe Armada Prime as CDN suggested.

Ah, alrighty. Thank you all so much for helping me with this almost-investment.

I think I did have a "bendy" prime somewhere, but I remember the cuffs that house his fists when in truck mode became loose and dragged about. That was a major upset.

So I don't think I'll be investing in any type of Armada Prime.

It was a nickname derived from how much more posable and articulated he was compared to the bigger Leader version .
