I have an Armada Overload. One day I picked it up and it's shoulder joint had popped out. What do i do to fix it? There are some pictures below attached to an email. http://us.mc452.mail.yahoo.com/mc/showMessage?fid=Inbox&sort=date&order=down&startMid=0&.rand=1213692961&midIndex=0&eps=&f=1&nextMid=1_609_AFbFtEQAAI37SEdYpAJRUWjNCvE&m=1_8658_AHrFtEQAAGfMSFLzTweeFB0vfPI,1_609_AFbFtEQAAI37SEdYpAJRUWjNCvE,1_1105_AFbFtEQAAYZ2R6PNAgxOu04z%2BJg,1_1540_AHrFtEQAALpAR5R12gWkBkk99B8,1_1926_ALDFtEQAARPWR32YiQNQu1bsrHs,1_2312_AHrFtEQAANPQRq%2FSkQsSDgGtvRo,&vs=1&mid=1_8658_AHrFtEQAAGfMSFLzTweeFB0vfPI&pid=3&fn=MVC-003S.JPG
Oddly enough, we can't see photos in your private e-mail account. Copy 'em onto Photobucket or Imageshack or something, and link them to us from there. I'm baffled by the problem. Without your pics, and looking at my own Overload for reference, I can't see a single joint that would be likely to just 'pop out'; it's all fairly securely screwed and pinned together; and I've taken one of these apart before to see all the inner workings too...
Here ya go, did it for ya. From what I can see, I can't tell a thing apart from that the joint fell apart, is there any stressed plastic or broken parts or rattling? And could you post a side view of the joint. I may have one suggestion, you may have to unscrew his shoulder and put the joint back in place.
I'm not sure (I'm currently out of the country, so I can't check my own Overload), but it doesn't look like the joint's 'popped off', so much as it's been dismantled and reassembled incorrectly. My recommendation would be to have a good look at the other shoulder, taking it apart (being careful to make sure you note where the screws come from and any internal parts), and take not of how the shoulder is put together. Hopefully then you can use that information to fix the bad arm. Hope that's of some help.
There is a screw-like piece of metal holding the arm to the body. On it are 2 gear-cog things that hold the arm in place and alow the arm to turn. Then there is a small spring.

Hmmm does sound like you may have to reessemble it, do what Ra,rider said and inspect the other arm to see how to fix the popped off arm.
MVC-009F-1.jpg - Image - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Ok i diasassembaled the arm. In this picture i have the front and back side of overlaods arm. On side A there is a metal peg that is suppose to go into the circled slot on part B. I cant get the two it connect. What now?
Hey, PM me. I am rather skilled at this sort of thing, perhaps I could stop by sometime this next week and take a look at it. I feel partly responsible, considering I'm the one that found him for you at botcon. Remember, he was $3.00. I can't promise I'll be able to fix it, but the overall outlook is good.
