I called a few places, still no POTP Voyagers

 

It's almost Christmas, WTF Hasbro Distribution

 

Picked up the sole Grimlock at the TRU on Indian Bend. They have a full assortment of the PotP deluxe, legends, and prime masters still.

 

The sole GL? Are they only getting in 1 case? If so it will be extremely difficult to get them

 

Maybe? My assumption is they had one case and the Starscream already went out the door earlier this morning. For the most part none of the locations we check in the Tempe/Scottsdale/Mesa area ever seem to have depth in their inventory.

Nothing at Target, has anyone checked Walmart for POTP Voyagers?

 

Hahaha. Fuck no, they got jack. Maybe if your looking for potp skrapnel, but no deluxes or voyagers in sight. Went to 3 yesterday. I haven't been to target in a minute, but brick seek says they got nada.

 

It's December 18 and still no Voyagers in the AZ? WTF Hasbro

 

You act surprised. Lol. It was a fluke we got mass distribution of deluxes and legends this early. Seaspray/cosmos is just now starting to hit retail in numbers you would have expected to see 6 months ago

 

Other parts of the US have the whole wave except for Leaders, AZ being close to Cali, we have access by sea, air and land, we should have these by now, there was supposedly 1 Grimlock at a TRU. I mean once Christmas is here, the momentum of the season is done for most regular folk.

 

Same song and dance we get every year. Last Christmas it was TR wave 3 or 4 deluxes, I forget. Shit tlk wave 2 deluxe just barely hit, what 6 months after the movie

 

I'm with ya, it doesn't make sense, there have been sightings of Voyagers in Texas and California which is right next to us, they should be here yesterday preferably but maybe sometime this week

 

Looks like year of the monkey Primal is the "best" we'll be getting this year. Only transformers I've seen at any Ross stores are him, movie prime voice changer helmets, and and some legion class movie two packs of Bee+Hot Rod, Optimus+Not-Soundwave, and Megs+Berserker. Maybe we'll see something better after Christmas, it's happened before, but at this point I'm not gonna hold my breath.
At least those two packs aren't half bad. I know there's three of them at the Ross on priest and Elliot right now for anyone interested, as well as some fire station rescue bots playset things.

 

Online is your best bet, PF. Brickseek for AZ Target stores is a big goose egg everyday when you search on the POTP Voyagers. If you can find them online you're very fortunate (I picked mine up through Amazon when they were up briefly) and it's still your best option if you're local.

Moreover, if they aren't hitting right now in large quantities keep checking through the holidays because once x-mas is officially over don't expect most big box stores to start restocking until seasonal resets start occurring around the time or just after NYTF (in Feb). In other words it's probably best to settle in for the long winter if retail is the option you typically go with. The good news is TCP and other online retail sellers often get things before retail, so you could check with that route before giving up all hope.

 

Sometimes online retailers get them first but lately not so much, I have all of wave 1 that's been released and found them all at target LONG before any online retailer, I do check online and many are over priced and include additional fees and that's if it's even in stock, Amazon has been a better place to get TF as of late over any other online retailer. I personally prefer to get them in retail as you can look for flaws, damage, etc also USPS is known for stealing packages this time of year, my family's Christmas presents were stolen by USPS 2 weeks ago so I can't trust delivery.
