I can understand some people not going out to see it. I hardly ever go out to see movies not counting TF. Some people just prefer to rent it and watch it at home.

However, I doubt that's what the particular four "No" people meant, but really, who gives a fuck? How come June isn't here yet!?

Hey Megokickass I wouldnt really worry about the name change thing I knew before I voted it was listing names i would be pretty sure the others did aswell.

honestly I pretty much thought to my self slam dunk to see this movie when it was first announced but its the eerie optimism I got from the trailer that reminded me of my hopefulness of the first film that basically all washed away after a month of looking at it talking about it on these boards.

Hey its possible that the movie could be a huge departure and be really good but im pretty sure Im not going to rush to a theater and see it. Additionally considering how these boards generally dont like opposing opinions on the movie verse I doubt I will form that opinion here to often. Although as of late im having difficulty not.

Bigger and more bad ass everything to me does not equate to a better movie. To me that sounds like someone trying to compensate to hard. I rarely like when Hollywood grabs ahold of something and tries to make it "Holly Wood". Sometimes things are better in there original intent. Kind of similar how I like the older Star Wars movie simplicity and real out door shots as opposed to the newer Star Wars with perfect lighting and blue screened outdoor scenes.

When to much polish is applied sometimes thats all your left with .

A win either way watching it. Either Micheal Bay screws up and for the first time in his life he actually makes a movie that entertains me or he does his usual bit of making a movie that gets on my nerves on so many levels that one viewing is about all I can take. So either I get entertained right then or I get years of entertainment bashing his film. Outside of Star Wars prequel films it's hard to find a movie that you can bash on for that many years.

Plus if I don't watch it then how in the heck am I going to know what everyone is fighting about because you just know there will be big new fan fights once the film opens.

I currently live in Western Australia, and my fiancee lives in Seattle, and we've timed my next trip up there to see the film together. (I'll be moving up there permanantly sometime this year but until then we have to make do best we can.)

Followed by a week off to get over the initial shock of having your ass kicked over and over.
