I've wondered why so many people who claim to hate the show with a passion still post in a forum dedicated to it. The conclusion I've come to is masochism.

See, people like you confuse me. Regardless whether or not you don't like this iteration, you still have:

    The video games
    The Movies
    The Novels
    The 4 different Comic Books
    The Toys
And any other older TF media.

Why would you let TFP end all that for you? Why not accept that you don't like the show and move on to other Transformers stuff?

Do it. Quit. Show us all how angry you are!!!! How dare a kids show designed to promote the sale of kids toys not live up to the expectations of an adult!! mad

Lets all head down to the town centre and have ourselves a good old fashioned toy burnin!!!!!!

I'm disappointed, distraught, agitated, distressed, troubled... and waiting for news of the show's ultimate elimination.

    Happy.

It's the one show me and my kids can't wait to watch together week after week. I'm so happy I didn't tell them the false claim made just a few days ago.

The main reason they need more funding is because well, the cast is stagnant for the heroes. Transformers has never used Archetypes, and it never should.

Also, if more Autobots appear, they need to make one a heavy vehicle. That always made me happy; the balance between heavy vehicles and light vehicles in the show for the Autobots.

    Don't care either way.

    I dislike that ideology.

Whatever they do I just hope they have a set end date and a story arc in mind. Shows that keep going until they are forced off the air always end poorly.

I guess my feeling is more of eh. I kind of like the show and I watch the new episodes but I just don't love the show like I do some other cartoons. Some times it feels like there is kind of a pay off for watching with something cool in the character department but then some times it feels like the show is in a rut of Autobots beat up the Vehicons and get the relic of the week because the Decepticons are so lacking in the rouges gallery department.

But hey having some variety and having choices is pretty nice so I'm glad it's one more option that remains open.

I'd describe my response as complete ambivalence, I think Prime will be remembered as a completely average series years from now. with not really any notably plus or minus to it.

I'm happy. I've been very indifferent to this show as a whole, but I just believe the show has too much to offer us. I wanna see it fulfilled and given a proper send off without having anything rushed.

Very, very, VERY glad the show is sticking around past a Season 3. I love this show and eagerly anticipate each new episode. The animation is terrific, the characterizations wonderful, and each episode tops the previous. Oh, and it looks fantastic on Blu-ray!

I'm sad, because until this show and its fans go away, I'm done with Transformers.

Not really. Combs did not initially say TF Prime will end. Just the current iteration will end. I think it is going to evolve into Beast Hunters where the bots adopt beast modes so their toys won't compete with the more vehicle-based TF toys of TF4. And they will probably go to some jungle planet and fight beasts. And move that many fans, including myself, would hate. Hasbro is probably reading our angry posts and telling everyone, including Combs, to shut up and only say that the show isn't ending. They are probably hoping if everyone can shut up long enough, they can buy enough time to slowly brainwash us into accepting this new take.

I don't mind it either way. I do like the show and am glad it has a strong following among the different fan demographics, but I won't be disappointed that it ends. It's the standard for all TF shows to have only a 1-3 season shelf life before rebooting entirely.
