It looks interesting, but I'm withholding any judgment until we have some idea about the price of the whole set and are absolutely certain that all six components are in production and will definitely be released. If it's around $50 per figure, I'll get it if the reviews are decent. Around $75 per figure, I'll get it if the reviews are absolutely stellar. If it comes to $100 or more per figure, I'm out.
if the price is good i'd probably buy it. the way prices are going right now for small third party stuff, i'm thinking this will be sold individually for like $80-100 each figure so around $600 for a whole devastator. i already have predaking towering over my chug figures anyway.
If it comes out anytime before Botcon, most likely a no. After Botcon...then a maybe but they need to work on that price. I thought I'd be in for iGear's MP coneheads but when it came down to clicking that buy button, I ended up passing and have no regrets doing so.
I don't know about $600, but I've done dumber things than spend that kind of green on a statue (doubt I'd be playing much with something that cost $600). I'm still on the fence, but leaning towards a pass. I am very impressed with my PS-01 Primar though. There's nothing cheap or flimsy about that guy, so if these are on par with that in terms of quality; there won't be very many QC issues at all.
I love the way they look so far and would love to have them, but I'm thinking no. I've got too many things coming up that I could use the same money for. Guess I can't hang with some of you ballers anymore. Once we get a definite price, I'll show it to the wifey and see if she has a heart attack and we'll move on from there.
if TFclub splits them up into six then sees no profit at some point then decides not to release the rest... heartbreak.
My question is, how much would it cost for Frenzy Rumble to do one for me. If it is like $800, that would be more worth it to just go with a FR set.
