Please give some news about this!
There isn't any news to give.
We have heard no such news.
No constructicons either as toys or on show.
Not even a rumor, I'm afraid. Toy or otherwise.
Sorry, no news or rumors about Constructicons being in TF Prime.
The funny thing is, 4 months from now someone on these boards is going to mention "I thought there was a rumor about Constructicons being in TFPrime?" by remembering this thread.
The only rumour we ever had , obviously fake, is someone mentioned an episode IN SEASON 1 would feature Hound and Contructicons. OBVIOULSLY complete and utter BS.
No rumours about the Constructicons.
I could have sworn I heard an interview after season 1 ended that the Constructicons would show up and their color scheme was changed to "Something the 90's rejected"...
I think there might have been some sort of combiner rumor floating around at one time, but nothing from Hasbro or the team working on Transformers Prime about Constructicons for Transformers Prime or anything else.
The only thing we've heard on the matter is that the show's crew have been thinking about adding a Combiner to the show, but that's all it was. A vague notion. If something more concrete's come up since the last BotCon (?), then we haven't heard anything.
I think Bruticus is more likely to show up, perhaps as a tie-in with FOC, but that is just speculation on my part.
I've been saying that, were a Combiner or two included, Hasbro would probably use the opportunity to push for smaller, three-man teams like Railracer or the Beast Wars combiners, in order to standardize something that's a bit easier to get to retail.
On the some what credible rumours front and combiners. Combaticons are the only ones mentioned as a you might see these guys.
Eh. We've seen them over and over.
Let another Combiner team get their shot in the show.
I'd rather have them than the Combaticons. The Combaticons are great, but the Constructicons are my all-time favorite characters (see sig)
