Well for me i downloaded every issue of the ROTF Adaptation before i saw the film becuase i WANTED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! and the wait was killing me, so i was truly weak and downloaded the comics (still they made huge changes on the films from the comics)

for DOTM I will Download them BUT I wont read them till i had seen the film evne if the wait painfully kills me

My comic shop saves me any new Transformers comics that come in so that'll include the adaptation, just like with the previous two movies. I'll read them when I pick them up and get them home, just like any other comic I buy. Not really fussed about spoilers when it comes to BayFormers.

For me, especially since ROTF was so bad, I want to know what the real story is before going to see the film. I know the action will be great based on what we've seen so far, but I really want to know what I'm getting into. Honestly, knowing a story before hand hasn't really ruined a movie for me. I mean, if there is some great twist, then that's one thing, but I'm not expecting that. Especially for movies, it's more than just a plot but an experience.

Yes I have already pre-ordered the novellisation so I'm basically counting down the days till it turns up. When it does I'm going to find a nice quiet spot and just read, in my opinion its a different feel to reading the book and seeing the movie even if I know what happens.

It was interesting to see some of the locations and vehicles and the toys, but I draw the line at anything beyond that. I'm avoiding any further spoilers.

Not because I'm afraid that a great movie experience will be ruined. Mostly because if I end up stuck in the theatre watching a movie that turns out to be bad, at least I'll still be able to guess about what happens next. I don't want to be sitting there, knowing exactly where it's going and waiting for it to end.

As for reading the adaptation or novelisation... I never really saw the point of reading a movie, and there's gotta be something better I can do with my time.

I haven't decided yet, I've pretty much spoiled myself so I might as well. We'll see.

Funy enough, I'm not interested in seeing the film, but I have to admit, after reading a lot of the spoilers, I'm a tad interested in reading the comic now, just to see how this crazy story is suppose to work.
