I'm not that good at seeing which are KO's and which aren't. Regarding this auction for G1 BumbleBee and Cliffjumper, the seller has 3 other auctions using the same pic. That and his location makes me think KO's, but he states they are not KO's, and he has good feed back. Could somebody else take a look, and tell me, are these Ko's?

    2 Transformers G1 Minibot BUMBLEBEE & CLIFFJUMPER Lot - eBay (item 300283929031 end time Jan-02-09 17:34:13 PST)

I did a search to see if somebody else had posted on these 2, but it's kind of hard to narrow it down with the words "Bumblebee", "KO", and "Ebay" :D

If they aren't KOs, they're definitely reissues.

No way are they original G1s.

For that price, and location shipping from? They are definitely not original G1 release figures. Also, go read his feedback. It's not really "good".

They have keychain loops, so they're at the very best keychain reissues.

I'm no expert at discerning KOs either, but the big flashing warning sign here (aside from the seller's location) is the complete and utter lack of stickers. All the mini vehicles came with factory-applied stickers (and later rubsigns) but both Bumblebee and Cliffjumper here are totally clean. Granted, it's possible that they were worn off, but if that were the case, then these pieces should show at least a moderate amount of play and/or chrome wear, yet these looks positively minty even though they're loose.

They're definitely either knockoffs or, at the very least, reissues.

Or knock-offs of reissues. They're definitely the keychain reissue mold - they have the loops and the text-less tyres. I'm not sure why there's no stickers on them, either the seller went through the trouble of peeling them off for some nebulous reason or they're knock-offs.

At any rate, they're from 2001 at the earliest. Definitely not originals.

KO's, most definitely. Original vintage didn't have shiny tires like that. And it might be image quality, but I don't see Dunlop on the tires either.

but, as mentioned above, those are both traits of the keychain re-issues.

someone just took the stickers off, that's all.

About a year ago I'm not sure if they were exclusives or not but Walmart had released about 5 minibot keychain transformers, cliffjumper and bumblebee being two of them. My good friend OptimusSolo from the boards here can confirm this because he bought a few of them and showed me. I'm having trouble finding any info within the lack of time since I gotta get to work but they retailed I believe at like $5 each. They're not KO's, they seem to be just those walmart released keychains if I'm not mistaken.

They could also be the keychains from several years ago.

I have looked at those pics quite extensively and I am about 99.9% sure those are not bootlegs or KOs. Those are from the "Heroes of Cybertron" keychain series that was released in 2006. (I believe it may have been exclusive to Walmart but cant say for sure)

There were four figures to the set including Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Windcharger, and Brawn. Each figure was released with both a Sticker and a No-Sticker version. The only thing different from the pics posted on EBay and the figures I own is that the keychain part has been removed, which is very easily done.

Here is what they looked like in package...

And as a side note it appears that every figure that seller has posted is simply that line of keychain figures with the keychain removed. Even the Brawn that is listed by itself is the keychain figure.

Yep, you got the keychains. That's no big deal, though. They're a lot of fun! I bought all of the releases when I saw them at Wal-Mart. I left the key chain on and have them hanging up in my toy room. It looks like they're driving down the wall! :)
