I've been seeing/hearing a few complaints about stress marks on various Prime toys, in some cases right out of package.

Has anyone else noticed problems with them?

Could this be first-wave QC issues or does it indicate a change in mold quality from the Movie toys we've all grown used to?

I broke the ankle joint on my NYCC Arcee during the first transformation but I don't think that means much. The joint was really tight.

I wouldn't say their is a lot of QC going on.....

You never hear from the people who have no quality control with their toys.

My TF prime bumblebee and arcee are fine so far, maybe they're just handling them rough?

My NYCC Bumblebee has some loose joints, and both the NYCC and 1st Ed. Arcees have super-tight ankles, but otherwise no issues among mine.

My Prime toys have been pretty much prefect so far, save for Bunblebee's shoulders, which are loose as fuck.

Out of my Bumblebee and Starscream, the only problem I have is a few loose joints in the shoulder area of my Bumblebee.

when you transform Arcee the first few times, just transform her ankle close to the joint and you'll be fine. It loosen up after a handful of transformations.

I'll have to keep that in mind. Don't want her to break right out the box. I might end up swearing so much, even a marine would blush

My NYCC Bumblebee has stress marks on some of the tabs. He and Arcee both feel very light and fragile. I was hoping it was just those two specific releases, and that the general retail versions will feel sturdier.

The only reoccurring issue i know of if the shoulder clips breaking on BB if handled to roughly. Although the nature of BB shoulder's designs does lead to some floppiness. Every other toy works fine for me

    Not QC problems, design flaws.

My Arcee's ankle on the right leg wants to break, has stress marks and I have to bend the plastic back to get rid of those marks. Sooner or later, it's going to break.

My Bumblebee has loose shoulders. Oh hell, the entire torso section falls apart with enough force. (hint: not much pressure required.)

Starscream's head crest. It's made of rubber, no reason for it to be, but you know how it goes.

QC seems quite good on the figures, paint apps, too. It's just the design that's the problem.

I've never had any problems with the Prime toys. One time, I brought the NYCC toys with me to college and they accidentally flew out of my backpack which I forgot to zip. There are a few nicks on the toys but I'm not sure if they were always there or not.
