I've not bought G1 MIBs for over a year now, but noticed the price increase the last week. 321 for a Wheeljack MIB, 140 for a Wreck Gar MIB etc.
I know prices from 1-2 years ago, when many people said prices would stabilize, but they increased by 20-30% again.

Do y'all feel prices of G1, loose or MI(S)B, still increasing?

If you are asking if prices are ridiculous for used things, then yes. Just go and take a look on ebay.

Prices do go up. I guess for how old and popular the figure is.

yes, Good G1 items especially boxed with the insert bubble is getting harder and harder to find. This is of course for a couple of reasons.

1: The toys are old some over 24 years soon.
2: Not everything is reissued and WILL not be reissued aswell
3: More collectors due to uppcomming intrest
4: There is just not that much good MIB items left. Most ppl played with them during the 80s. Some stuff is rare to find MIB like WHeeljack, Sunstreaker and so on. Most ppl during the 80s threw aways boxes and inserts.

Keep in mind you can't generalize the market from an individual sale. There's always the oddball auctions that end too high and too low for various reasons (noob buyers, shill bidding, desperate buyers, etc). Go with the average over several sales before concluding the market price. The prices you quoted do seem a bit high, IMO.

Even so, at least some G1 figures definitely have gone up. Wheeljack and Sunstreaker, both un-reissued & un-bootlegged, come to mind as well as all the first Headmasters - which used to go for like $40 - $50, but have been crawling towards $70-$80, if not higher for loose complete ones.

well i think its pretty obvious that prices are increasing for G1, as theyre collectors stuff, and are gonna get increasingly rare..and especially popular figures, as mentioned above, are gonna be really expensive to get, especially MIB or MISB

on UK ebay, Headmasters seem to be going for quite a bit of change, which is a shame, because I wouldn't mind the first set of them, can't justify the equivalent of $100 each for them loose though.
