Within the Transformers Multiverse, there have been many great rivalries. Most notably Optimus Prime versus Megatron. However, there have also been a number of other rivalries. A rivalry can result from a history between the two characters, or from simply equivalent positions in each side. Of course this can change depending on what the source material is, but what are some arch enemies that you can think of? Honestly I never thought Galvatron as seeing Rodimus as his arch Nemesis. I mean he hated the guy ofc (Galvatron pretty much hated everyone as long as he was mad though) but his fixation has been on Ultra Magnus.
Sixshot and Quickswitch never interacted, and fictionally Quickswitch is Sixshot's son (however that works) so I wouldn't call them arch enemies. Sixshot and Ultra Magnus though, definitely. Overlord and Fort Max in IDW for sure, If we're talking old school, I'd say Rotorstorm and Stalker, both second in command, both go against the airborne or ground based forms of their comrades.

Megatron and Starscream didnt have an enmity to call them Arch Enemies. Their differences were not on a personal level but due to the fact that there can only be one top dog in the pack. In fact it wouldnt have been a stretch to say that they were 'friends'. You know the friend you hate but you somehow dont want to lose because he understands things about you no one else does, kinda thing. A very complicated relatioship which I have yet to see to proper representation.
Galvatron and Magnus was more so in the comics. Galvatron did seem more interested in Rodimus in the cartoon. Other rivalries: Primus/Unicron Thunderclash/Rodimus at least in Rodimus' head. Countdown/Skystalker in DW Micromasters Skybite/Scourge Motormaster/Optimus Prime Flame/Xarron Rodimus Prime/Unicron in the Marvel UK comics. Ironfist/Skyfall Constructor Squad and Constructicons. At least in the head of the squad leader Hammer In their own heads: Flywheels tank and jet Megatron/Straxus Punch/Counterpunch RodimusPrime/Unicron
The fact that Quickswitch is Sixshot's son, and an Autobot, is the perfect setup for a serious rivalry. It's kind of like a Luke Skywalker/Darth Vader situation.
