    New to the boards been looking for some advice.
    Anyways,I'm wanting to build a G1 acurate Arcee.Does anyone out there have any suggestions for a base bot to use?So far I've got some Gundam parts,an energon Arcee,I'm not new to modeling been doing it for a bit.I know how to dye plastics,airbrush,putty,well you get the idea.If anyone could give me some ideas of what bots to use it would be great.Thanks in advance!

    try looking up rabid squirrels design, hes got pics with parts disassembled of his scratch build.

    That one was okay.

    I thought that one was a bit rough and large.I know I could tweak it and size it down but I like this one better and had this one in mind.

    Upload your picture there, and then just copy and paste the code it gives you into your post.

    Ah the custom Arcee that stared all the hype way back when. Still the best one ever.

    This is a stupid question, I know. But:

    When you say G1 accurate do you mean,

    In the style of the g1 toys, which could be very different from their animated counterparts?

    OR:

    A toy that looks exactly like the character as seen on the show?

    If you mean the former:
    I've always thought gobots Psycho could work if heavily altered.

    That could work

    You know,that might actually make alot of since with the hood slant and the low to the ground profile.Found a great windshield from a Zoids Giant T-rex I think I'm going after a Psycho now.Good call nice and cheap as well.Thanks ASP!
