I just got their IF Blizzard and Lord Scorpion sets. I was hoping for more 3P legends sets. My Dynobots and headmasters just need a bit of touch up.

 

I was under the impression they're in Canada.

Mine shipped but that was on the 5th and I'm still waiting.

 

Mine shipped last week some time and I was hoping they'd here today, but alas...

 

The guns for Rumble are pretty cool. If I had picked up the figure, I'd totally get those. But alas, I got Rewind and have no desire for another red and black version of the same figure.

Now show me TR Broadside stickers!

Several staff members had surgeries that overlapped and another staff member is quite sick with a flu like illness. They're backed up a bit.

They don't 3D print them, they're molded. It takes longer, but the quality is better.

 

That's too bad. I did ask for a tracking number and they said it can take up to 10 day to get to the US. If their in Canada and I'm in Texas I would assume the full 10 days for my shipment, then add a few more for the problems they are having.

 

I actually just got on this thread to ask how long they typically take to ship their stuff to Texas, thanks for inadvertently answering my question.  

 

Wonder if they will make the burning forest set for tr prime , gonna need that and the current one to not feel the sting of shipping

 

My theory on the infamous Laser Prime "burning forest" sticker: the forest was actually hiding a Decepticon base.

 

Any plans to make sets for the last Knight figures? They are perfect candidates for reprolabels! Some cool figures that lack proper painted details, especially how Voyager Prime doesn't have any flames in bot mode.

Got my stickers today for RID Ratchet, CW Prowl, and TR Optimus and Megatron. Got the first two done (Ratchet especially looks GREAT). Looking forward to PRime and Meg's..

 

I was hoping they would do that for this set, but I'm sure they'll do if for the CoV set if they make one.

Is anyone else experiencing order problems from Toyhax lately?

Three weeks ago, I ordered stickers for Downbeat. That order arrived and was supposed to include a free sheet of color faction emblems. I contacted their CS, they apologized, and sent me the free sheet along with a $15.00 coupon.

I used that coupon and finally ordered the stickers for MP-10. That order arrived yesterday, and the only thing inside were two more sheets of the exact same faction symbols. I contacted their CS, was told it was a mistake, and that was it. No word if the MP-10 stickers actually shipped. When I log into my account, it says it was shipped.

I'm going to wait and check my mail today and tomorrow, if they still aren't here by Monday, then I'll have to contact them again. Usually their service is consistently positive, aside from the casual sticker or two that don't have any adhesive.
