I just wanted to make a thread thanking Hasbro for the incredible design work they have done with the most recent figures in these lines. Tomahawk and Sidearm sideswipe in particular are incredible.

That's how I felt after transforming Drift for ther first time. That design is utterly stunning. Kudos, Hasbro design guys, you really did knock it out of the park with that one!

That was the same feeling after I got Drift the first time too. And with Blurr, using the same mold yet being so unique onto himself, it was the same feeling all over again. And that's rare with repaints/remolds.

Assembling his sniper rilfe with the two pistols that become it's bipod, I was giddy. I mean, youi've seen it online and all, but doing it yourself.... :D

Cheers for HftD Deluxe Ironhide, Generations Thrust.

Jeers for the ugly white repaint of RotF Dirge.

Yeah, I just got Blurr yesterday, and man, I am in love. I already liked the mold as Drift, but I like it even better as Blurr. The blue shades are gorgeous, and the new head is great. It's funny, I never liked Blurr as a character, but between this toy and his Animated toy he has been the basis for a few of my favorite recent figures. I really cannot stop picking up Generations Blurr and admiring it.

Dirge is also a winner. It's kinda funny that there are essentially three versions of Classics Dirge available (not counting the Cybertron mold from the Universe 2-pack) and, in my opinion, by FAR the best of the three is the one that is most cheaply available and most mass-produced.

Plus, let's not forget the greatness, however small, of Hubcap and Breacher.

You're right, just a great pair of lines. So many nice figures spread across them.

I have to also agree about Generations Dirge too. IMO he's the best Dirge to use that mold. And it's such a great feeling to have the Coneheads completed. And also having Red Alert to stand alongside Inferno and my "Hot House". There's just a great sense of a small personal accomplishments that have been met today for me. With fantastic figures to boot.

    Thanks Hasbro.

Don't forget the Battle Blades Prime and Bee! Both great takes on the popular characters.

Hear hear! Drift/ Blurr, Thrust/ Dirge, Straxus and Cybertronian Megs are stellar! Soundwave is ok and I've liked BB and Optimus less and less since I first got them but the awesomeness definitely overshadows the misses! With all the great looking stuff coming down the pipeline it's going to keep the forward momentum going.

Word. WFC Optimus and BB are criminally addictive to play with, and Drift is just uber slick and awesome.

HftD is shaping up to be one of my favorite toy lines ever. There's so much awesomeness all around in new molds and repaints/retools. Leader Starscream by himself is epic enough (definitely a top 5 figure ever for me)...the other toys are icing. Generations is quite cool as well, I just can't find much of it in stores except the first two WfC figures and Thrust.

Just amazing work all around. Lots of creativity and thought with the designs and I also love how well they're handling remolds now.
