It was scratch built using my fodder bin of GiJoe parts and miscellaneous scrap styrene and wires. I uses a lot of reference pics online to get the shapes as accurate as possible.

Making it was a matter of building up the shapes one on top of another, super gluing them one piece at a time... Then priming and painting.

How did you get the flames to stick? Sorry I'm just not clear for I am doing the same custom for mine because it looks badass

I had the shapes cut out using a vinyl plotter. I used a matte clear self-adhesive film and used each flame piece like a stencil.

I wet each area of the figure with water and hand-placed each stencil letting the water help "float" each into place. Then wiped away the excess water with a cloth.
After they were applied, I painted one coat the base color and removed the stencil before the paint dried. All that's was left was hand-painting the second color to achieve the pinstripe look I was happy with.

The bigger sword was a custom cast by Savio Prime. (Big thanks for selling me one.) All I did was paint it and carve
    the Cybertronian glyphs.

I'd love to know how you made his hands rotate.
