Looks about right to me, compared to the 505 inch Western Star. Look at the size of the doors on each vehicle. The doors are about the same size but look MUCH smaller on the semi.

What I'd like to see is both of the Prime trucks (original trilogy and new) parked next to each other. The new one is absolutely massive....it's one of the largest trucks on the market, bigger even than some of the really huge Volvos.

This is what I was tryin to say too. While on set Hound did not look much smaller than the OP truck.

Yeah the old OP truck is 29 feet long so this new one is quite a bit longer. It will be cool to see just how much larger OP turns out to be in robot mode. I'm starting to think that if OP is the rusted truck, he somehow gets a full rebuilt "new" body. Maybe the rumored Chines TFs factory builds him a new body and that's why he looks so massively different.

Haven't been following much of the info on the up coming movie. I know the Prime and Bee are back and we have new characters like Hound, Grmlock and possibly a few more Dinobots, but are we getting some of the oldies like Ratchet, Sideswipe?

We don't even know if the E-jet is an Autobot, let alone a Transformer.

The proportions on the two trucks are the same....a lot of the new trucks are massive like that because they get better gas mileage...the higher, sloped cab cuts through the wind much better and keeps the air from hitting the flat box front of the trailer. Also, the bigger frames hold much larger turbodiesel engines, and the larger the diesel, the lower the RPM it can run at and the less it uses boost. Opposite of what you'd think, but the larger engines make better MPG...pretty much the entire truck industry is based on MPG while hauling, because it saves thousands in fuel per truck each year.

Ratchet's car was seen with some damage, so that saw some action.

Leadfoot was spotted on set several times.

Megatron's head was also spotted on set.

Sadly, Sideswipe was never seen on set.

in Li Bingbing's interview it was confirmed its a TF. And the car company that makes it told Bay they did not want it being a Con in the movie. Which is why when it was in display, they did not have a single Con logo on or around it. They don't want their vehicles associated with being the bad guys.

Ok, then I hope for a toy then and hope we get the name Prowl.

I've been a bit worried that the movie will only focus on 5 Autobots (Not including Dinobots), but now that we got Sonic and E-jet I'd be happy with 7 plus 5 to 7 Dinobots.

what? Sorry bud but you lost me on this one lol. I didnt think we were talking about nor cared about what truck has what engine type in it or what gas mileage they get????

What i was saying is that the 1st movie trilogy OP truck (the old OP truck) is 29 feet long. This new Western Star OP Truck seems to be in the 37 foot long range so that is 8 foot difference between the two. Which is still a big jump from one truck to the other. But the old rusted Cab is only 22 feet long. And if the old rusted Cab is OP and he upgrades to the new Western Star, thats 15 feet difference between the rusted cab over and the new Western Star. So my overall point was, IF the rusted cab over is OP, MAYBE instead of him just scanning the new Western Star truck and going from a much smaller truck to this new massive beast of a truck, Something may happen where his Spark is transferred to a new larger body that was built and he then takes the form of the Western Star.

Because if not, than the rusted cab would have to be someone else other than OP.

I was just explaining why it's so big and also why it doesnt look as big as it really is. But yes, if the old rusted cabover is Prime's disguise, which is highly likely since we know Bumblebee also reverted to an old model, then there would have to be some mass shifting involved. There would have to be even between that and the truck in the first 3 films. The rusted cabover is tiny in comparison to either of them.

The new truck is not 37 feet long. The wheelbase is 37 feet long, that's directly from Western Star....
