Funimation absolutely raped that show, just like ADV did with Oh! Supermilk.

 

One man's raping of the source material is another man's funny show. I mean, I watched Milk Chan, or at least some episodes of it, in straight translated English, Japanese with Subtitles, and in the modified English. The only one I found watchable, and even funny, was the modified English. I have some small understanding of Japanese culture, pop and otherwise, but nowhere near enough to get most of the jokes in Milk Chan.

To try to answer the question rather than hate on a show you like, I'm not exactly sure when it's coming out, but I know I saw the DVD, or at least an ad for it in Previews. So it's got to be coming out some time in the next 6 months, unless it disappears again, which is of course possible.

 

There was an add for it in my 2 disc edition of "Robotech The Shadow Chronicles."
