as long as you dont use a CC and pay with Paypal you are ok.

Ppl here bitching about their CC card...if you got a CC card why not just use and create a paypal account and pay for that. It works on most of the online stores these days.

I neve ruse my visa card when paying. I always use paypal, never found a store that did not take papal.

I was also affected by the stolen credit card info recently. Other than that, I've never had a problem with them before that and dont believe that one incident (which was the fault of the credit company they use & not TFSource's itself) should be held against them.
Use Paypal and shop with confidence.

I was a victim of the CC info breach. It sucked. It was easily fixed but still sucked. From now on if I need to buy something from there it'll be using my Paypal account.

CCinfo breach aside, they're a good company. They have excellent packaging skills.

Yeah, I used PayPal when I payed for my iGear Coneheads. I figured that is the best way to pay given the circumstances. The fact I placed the order there should say something about my mo, though :)

I personally had my billing jacked. Other than that, they're quite excellent.
Fast shipping, great packaging, and I like being able to pay upfront for preorders.
Just be sure to Use Paypal.

I used them three times and my billing info was compromised twice.

Couple my bad experiences with the ones from other people on this site and I'm now to the point that I avoid them at all costs.

On the rare chance that I do buy something online, I use BBTS exclusively.

I used to use them all the time, until I started using Kapow so stuff was sent to me from within the UK. I've never had any problems with TFSource because I've always used Paypal.

Had my credit card info compromised twice because of TFSource (I was lucky enough to be hit in both the first and second round of hacks, wooo!). It left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth about the place. However, people are right about their packaging; it's the best around. And in all other ways aside from the CC debacle, they are a good, legitimate company.

Just opt for Paypal, and don't give them your CC info.

    Co-sign.

Though, my dealings with them at BotCon really haven't been very positive either.

Never had a problem with them, ordered plenty (although admittedly I did not order anything around the 2 times they had the cc issues.)

Their packaging is above and beyond anyone else, their customer service is top notch and shipping to Canada is the easiest and hassle free of any US based online store.

I highly recommend them, although to avoid potential problems that others have had with their CCs, just use Paypal.

I haven't ordered from TFSource in a long time, but their packaging work is top shelf and my experiences have only been positive. Also, if you use Paypal, you'll be fine.

Huh, I wasn't aware you had an MO. Did someone tell you that you had one? Some fool is terribly misinformed if so...and probably has major issues themselves.

I have only ordered through TFS once, way back when and had no problem. This was before any of that CC mess. IF I ever did choose them again, (the Scyther debacle gave me the red ass too) I would use Paypal like everyone has suggested.

Regarding the credit card fiasco... keep in mind that this is possible on any online website.

I have only ordered from them once. The bill I got stated the item I got was $30 less then what I paid. That was a little strange/shady.

Use paypal and you will be aces. TFSource rocks and the customer service is second to none.

Aside from the Credit Card issues they tend to have nothign is wrong with them, and Paypal is an easy way to avoid the CC issue.

I realize TFSource's website touts "bullet proof packaging," but I bought from them twice and noticed absolutely nothing special about their packaging

Yes, you are right. Mostly. I think.

Sounds like you've been talking to supersquads.

    Yep!

Wow, you're the first person I've ever seen post this. I wouldn't (and have never) used the word "bulletproof", but their packing is second to none, online toys or otherwise. HTS and TRU could stand to learn a lesson or two.

Yeah I agree. My packaging was nothing special. I think you need to click on the collectors grade to get the special packaging. I know when I bought from them I didn't and it was just ok packaging at best.

Those two could learn something from trained monkeys. I've gotten stuff from Tfsource that was plastic wrapped and then bubble wrapped. still case fresh. If you want a mint box, they are THE store.
