They're WWE wrestling figs, from the time it was the WWF ;)  The ones I recognise are:

Ones in red armour - Legion Of Doom
One in kilt - Rowdy Roddy Piper
    Yellow - Hulk Hogan
    Police - Big Boss Man

    Rest, I'm not sure.

FACT: My birthday is the same as the Big Boss Man!

Guys in camo trousers are The Bushwhackers.

Green trousersed team is The Rockers, Shawn Micheals and Marty Janetty.

Dude in the black suit is The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase with the Honkey Tonk Man behind him.

Pass on the rest, i'd probably know if you have unobstructed shots of them.

Ah The Hulkster, haha!! These guys were awesome to play with while taking a bath I recall. Got a whole lot more of them from my cousin and a boxing ring. Hey those were the days! Thanks by the way!

Had those figures as a kid myself. They aren't like the new articulated ones... each figure usually had a spring loaded action that they could do., like a leap or a punch or a throw just depended on the figure. and they didn't have much articulation at all.

On the right you have Ted DiBiase, the million dollar man, and to his left looks to be Honky Tonk Man.

The guy with the Hot Rod! shirt is Rowdy Roddy Piper.

The blonde behind the Legion of Doom might be one of the Rockers.
