I'm in my senior year of high school and I attend a vocational/technology school for half of the day (junior and senior years). I'm studying Drafting/Design and we use SolidWorks a lot. I really love the program and it's really fun to use. I also have my associates certification for it, but I'm nowhere near skilled enough as some professionals are.

Has anyone else used it or are using it?

    -P.S.
I'm trying to figure out surface modeling using blueprints that I can use as guides, but I'm lost. Anyone done this before?

I used it a fair amount at university. Great program, although I admit it took a little while to get used to coming from using Autodesk Inventor for three years in highschool. It's one of the few programs I wish I still had access to, but I'm no longer in an engineering field.
